What if my needs change
during the assignment? Rehab Resources will
make every effort to meet your needs as they
change. We understand that work situations change,
with assignments continuing longer than originally
anticipated. We also know that staff continuity is
critical to maintaining the quality of care you
provide. So we verify that each assignment is
complete before reassigning our employee, first
giving you the option of extending the employee's
assignment. You will maintain staff continuity and
avoid extra time and money training new temporary
employees.
Can I interview potential
candidates? Yes. For travel contract
staff, we will arrange a telephone interview
between you and the prospective employee. For
direct hires, we will arrange a telephone
interview followed by a personal interview when
you find the right candidate. Whether travel,
direct hire or temporary staff, we interview and
screen each healthcare professional to determine
that he or she meets our high clinical,
professional and personal standards.
Who covers the temporary worker's
insurance? Unless you choose to hire an
individual on a permanent basis, your temporary
staff remain Rehab Resources employees. We cover
all workers' compensation, professional liability
and unemployment insurance. Our employees also
receive a generous benefits package.
How is payment handled? Taxes?
Rehab Resources bill clients on an hourly
basis. We pay the employee's salary and take care
of all necessary processing, taxes and other
paperwork. |
